ABOUT
At the beginning of the year, I had the pleasure of working on a series of vector illustrations for a new upcoming program on the Sleep Cycle app. The program revolves around the Screen & Technology subject where the research of Sleep Science Professor Mike Gradisar empowers the listeners to understand the technology and use it to improve their sleep.
The program consists of eight audio parts available now on the app, and it's designed to help users improve their sleep quality by providing them with essential information about the impact of technology on their sleep patterns.
When one of the eight parts of the Sleep Cycle app's Screen & Technology program is selected, a vertical illustration and a short introductory text accompanying the sound can be found. These illustrations are relevant to the topic and help make the content easier to understand.
